It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Patrick Reardon (Ventura, California), born in Santa Barbara, California, who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Reardon and Karissa Reardon (Porteus); his siblings, Michael Reardon, Jr. of Ventura, Jessica Reardon of Oxnard and Ashley Reardon of Ventura; and his grandparents, Patrick, Susan Porteus of Oxnard and Jacqueline Ballard of Lexington. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, a nephew, cousins, and friends.
