He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Sr. and John Jacob Simon, Sr.. He is survived by: his brother Jack; his wife Delores Simon; his children, George Simon, Jr. of Colorado Springs and Denise (Jeff Nelson) of Tulare; his grandchildren, Sheri Toledo (Chris) of Midpines, Jason Simon of Colorado Springs and Erin Nelson of Pismo Beach; his great grandchildren, Christopher Sherrill, Justin Sherrill, Gerrad Simon and Caleb Simon; his great great grandchild Tyler Sherrill; and his siblings, Richard Simon, Anna, Emma, Frieda, Louise, Margaret, Carl, Conrad and Robert.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made to or to Tulare City Historical Society.
