He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Clinton Garner; and his granddaughter Haley Marie Garner. He is survived by: his wife Karen Donna Garner; and his children, Christine Garner Erlman, Marla Garner Pennick, Norman Earl Garner and Lisa Gaye Garner. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
