She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Nuccio and Angelina Nuccio; her husband Ben Sakalay; her stepmother Maria Nuccio; her brothers, Peter and Louis; her sister-in-law Sheila; her sister Frances Salenius; her brother-in-law Elmer; her sister Teresa Berger; and her brother-in-law Jerry.
She is survived by: her brothers, White House, J. M. McDonald, Tony and Joe; and her sisters-in-law, Sue and Margaret. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces.
