Henriqueta G. Faria Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henriqueta G. Faria of Watsonville, California, who passed away on May 22, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Faria; and her siblings, Maria, Emilia, Francisca, Izaltina, Amelia, Antonio and Melania.
She is survived by: her children, Manuel "Manny" Faria (Alexis) of Royal Oaks, Rev. Carl Faria of Marina, Maria Burnett (Bruce) of Watsonville and Angela Howell (Alan Burt) of Lake Tahoe; her grandchildren, Amber, Brandon, Delaney Faria, Julia Burnett and Sarah Burnett-Cornwell (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Dominick and Bella; her sisters, Ema Silveira (John) of Rhode Island and Theresa Vieira (Frank) of Hollister; and her caregivers, Tlayeli, Petra, Dr. Melissa Lopez and Dr. Potkin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mehl's Colonial Chapel (222 E Lake Ave, Watsonville, CA 95076). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (721 Main St, Watsonville, CA 95076). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pioneer Cemetery (66 Marin St, Watsonville, CA 95076).
