He is survived by: his wife Dawn Perez; his children, Madison Kencade Perez and Kaden Lee; his parents, Francisco Perez and Maria Perez; his siblings, Sandra Perez Garcia, Evey Perez (Anel), Esmeralda Perez (Sergio) and Deisy Perez; his siblings' children, Brenda, Samantha, Nathan, Eliana Perez, Yahir, Yadira Cantolan, Colton Nott, Anthony, Francisco, Citlani, Andre Garcia, Israel, Janisa, Ulysses Camarena, Camila Coraza, Fernanda, Gael Moreno, Jaime Reyes, Bella and Jaziel Garcia; his father-in-law Kenneth Nott; and his brother-in-law Kenny Nott. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
