He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Misao Kunishige; his wife Sumiko; his daughter Ayumi Dairokuno (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Sarah, Emily and Aaron Dairokuno; and his siblings, Harumi Kuwada, Fusae Hope, Nobuyo Breen, Satsuki Ruiz and Hitoshi Matsunami.
