He was predeceased by: his parents, Les Kincaid and Irene Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Patty Kincaid (Tyler); his children, Christina Kincaid of San Francisco and Joseph Kincaid of West Point; and his brothers, Steve, John, Mike and Dennis Kincaid of California.
