He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Lovel Hamilton; his parents, Helen Arline Hamilton and George William McMillen; his former wife Betty Lou Frye; his son Stephen; his former wives, Betty Kramer and Joan Kramer; and his children, Christina Kramer (Justin Reilly), David Kramer (Tammy Durston) and Steve Kramer (Amy). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and many other family and friends.
