He is survived by : his wife Teodora Orozco Borrego; and his children, Vickie Cerda (Louie), Irene Miller (Jerry), Henry Borrego, Jr. and Cindy Martinez (Ernesto). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
