He is survived by: his wife Rose Gladys Nelan; his children, Linda Marie Priess, Timothy Jay Freed, William Wayne Freed, Ann Freed Bernhardt, Kenneth James Nelan and Roger Joseph Nelan; and his sister Brenda Berkery. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
