I won't ever forget that smile and laugh,or your patience having 52 kids around you all day,every day! When I thought about the qualities that made Marlene so special I realized how many deep lasting bonds she forged.The children she watched became life long friends, people got married because of meeting through her.Marlene made a huge impact in all our lives and I'm forever grateful for meeting her in 1990 and knowing her easy going nature.If anyone ever deserved being in heaven it's her.

Wayne was my big brother!! We were very close. When I was a little girl, he would give me rides on the handle bars of his bike. Through the years we stayed close. He even lived with us a few times. For the last ten years I've been helping him as his POA. I sat with him the night before he died. I'll miss him so much!! Till I see you again. Love, Claudia
