Homer shed light in this world wherever he went. He lived two doors down from and was one of the first neighbors I met. We became instant friends. We both looked at my house when it was up for sale. He told me if I ever wanted to sell it, he would buy it. We served on the HOA board together for several years. We found out we share the same birthday. Every year going forward I will toast my friend Homer. He will be missed by many. RIP my friend
