He is survived by: his children, Kelly Velasquez (Valerie) of Lakewood, CO, Kimberly Valdez (Michelle) of Monte Vista, CO, Carmelita Velasquez (Petro Valdez) of Denver, CO and Lucas Velasquez (Lynnae) of Berea, KY; his grandchildren, David Warren, Kevin Warren, Jordin Cisneros, Francisco Valdez, Andrew Velasquez, Brandon Velasquez, Kristina Velasquez and Pedro Valdez; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Warren, Eli Warren, Brenna Velasquez, Darren Velasquez and Kaylee Velasquez; and his siblings, Mary Velasquez of Montrose, CO, Raymond Velasquez of Monte Vista, CO. and Jack Velasquez of Monte Vista, CO.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
