He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Kline. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Kline; his wife Cheryl Kline; his children, Kyle Kline and Nikki Kline; his siblings, Jeff Kline and Debra McKeone (Rick); and his grandchildren, Jericko and Jaxson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
