She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Baker and Kate Lowry Bates; her husband James J Donnelly; her son James "Jimmy" Donnelly Jr.; and her siblings, Florence E Bates, Russell Baker Bates Jr. and George E Bates.

She is survived by : her friends, Anton and Flagler; her son Michael E Donnelly (Dorothy) of Lake Mills; and her granddaughters, Nicole Schwartz of Washington, D. C., Katherine, Jennifer Donnelly of Toronto and Ontario.
