He was predeceased by : his father Robert Troop (Connie); and his in-law Joe Bryan Stewart (Betty). He is survived by : his wife JoNell Kathleen Troop; his daughter Shannon Williams (Drew); his grandchildren, Gavin and Harper; his siblings, Rick Troop (Penny) and Cynthia Montoya (Michael); and his brother-in-law Bryan Stewart (Robin).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Shrine of St. Anne Catholic Church (7555 Grant Pl, Arvada, CO 80002). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Ft. Logan National Cemetery (3698 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80235).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Catholic Charities, Shrine of St. Anne Catholic Church, or Saints Peter and Paul Catholic STEM School in Wheat Ridge, CO.
