She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her sister Marlene; and her daughter Jennifer. She is survived by: her children, Brian (Denise), Michael (Courtnee) and Stephanie; and her grandchildren, Kelsey, Gavin, Beau and Hadley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to University Hospital Foundation either to the Cancer Center Fund or the Transplant Program Fund.
