He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Patrick and Orilee Mullins; and his brothers, Johnnie and Hughee (Phyllis). He is survived by : his children, Kana Condon (Greg), Katrina Francis (Albert) and Monte Mullins (Stacie); his grandchildren, Chase (Jill), Kyle (Tammi), Heath Francis (Katy), Luke, Arika Condon, Taelor Sanchez (Brandon), Clay and Faithe; his great grandchildren, Jaycee, Jessa, Brady and Rynlee Francis; and his siblings, Idell Clark and Glenn Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to Friends of Hollydot at P.O. Box 19621, Colorado City, CO 81019 or the Joni Fair Hospice House at 1207 Pueblo Blvd. Way, Pueblo, CO 81005.
