He is survived by : his parents, Alfred Leo and Alice Coffey (Morse); his spouse Iva Jean Mitchell Dec; his son Leo J. Coffey of Brighton; his sister Frances Steggs of New Mexico; and his children, David and Shirley Skaggs. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
