She was predeceased by: her father Michael Tharp. She is survived by: her mother Priscilla Tharp; her daughters, Alexus, Jasmine and Trinity; her granddaughter Scarlett; and her siblings, Angela, Melissa and Troy. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.

The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society be made in Mrs. Scott's name.
