He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Stroud and Irene Stroud. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pinard; and his children, Charles (Stacy) of Wiggins, CO, Melissa Tuala (Sotogi) of Independence, MO, Michael (Jennifer) of Grants Pass, OR and Sarrah Fawson (Abraham) of Fort Morgan. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren as well and nieces and nephews.
