He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Anderson and Ruth Anderson (Peterson); and his siblings, Della Ruth Hink, Gayle and Darryl.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine I. Reichman of Colorado Springs; his daughters, Sandra Sozio of Colorado Springs, Patricia Shoemate (Carl) of Liberal, KS, Lona Anderson of Pagosa Springs, CO and Carol Hardin (Jim) of Trinidad, CO; and his sister Sylvia Bogenhagen of Mapleton, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
