She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Boren (Crum) and Earl Boren; her husband Melvin; and her siblings, Jim Boren (Erma), Rogene Colby (Bill Livingston) and Bonny Hughes (Clifford).
She is survived by: her children, Cheryll Einspahr (Keith), Cathy Levin and Tim Levin (Sherry); her grandchildren, Cherri Eurich (Tad), Paula Kleck (Johnston), Patrick Einspahr (Morgan), Kyle Einspahr (Vanessa) and Matthew Levin (Marycris); her great grandchildren, Ryann, TJ Eurich, Skyler, Charlee Hawks and Cannon Kleck; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor, Tinley Kleck, Ainsley, Otto, Crue, Brahm Einspahr, Jaxon, Braylon Einspahr and Alayna Miller; and her sisters-in-law, Grace Mock and Carol Levin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
