He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Chambers and Edith Chambers (Reed). He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Jim Chambers, John Tullis and Melissa Durham (John); and his sister Crystal Bachelder. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
