He was predeceased by: his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hall; his children, Gregory Hall (Stacie), Kristie Peroni, Leslie Parsons (Zach) and Jeffrey Hall (Lisa); his grandchildren, Rachael, Alyssa, Taylor, Arthur, Kyle, Jordan, Kristopher, Xavier, Sariyah, Layla and Devin; his great grandchildren, Adelina and Rose; and his brother Archie Hall. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers please donate to Vietnam Veterans of America in Orbin's memory.
