He was predeceased by : his mother Sandra Carter; his brother Christopher DeBattista; and his grandparents, John and Henriett Halaska. He is survived by : his wife Tammy DeBattista; his father Steve Carter; his sisters, Brenda Dallaire (Dustin Kanaday) and Jennifer Gordon Diana (Jeremy); his children, Christian DeBattista, Dallas DeBattista, David DeBattista (Whitnie), Austin Rowe, Dustin Rowe and Rachel Cekis (Jay); and his grandchildren, Danny DeBattista, DeMarieon DeBattista, Aaden DeBattista, Amiyiah DeBattista, Jayden, Hadley, Jay Jr. and Cekis.
