He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jacobs and Linda Jacobs (Johnson). He is survived by: his son Andrew Jacobs (Tammy Jacobs) of Salida, CO; his stepfather Harold Nelson; his niece Stacy Willoughby (Chris Goode); his great-nephews, Tommy, Robbie Hough and Bryce Willoughby; his nephew Cory Willoughby (Nicole); and his cousins, Judy Bettger, Lauree, Beau, Jeff, Dana and Mark Vucinich.
