It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kyle Hoffman (Canon City, Colorado), who passed away on November 9, 2019, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Hoffman and Paula Hoffman; his grandparents, Nancy Mogensen of Colorado Springs, CO, Carol Graves of Gary, TX, Arthur and Cecilia Hoffman of Canon City, CO; and his siblings, Samantha Chase (Elliott), Chelsea Kondratowicz, Zachary Hoffman, Christopher Hoffman (Paige) of Canon City and Heather James. He is also survived by child; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
