It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Ann Lindberg of Canon City, Colorado, born in Columbus, Nebraska, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her sister Brenda K. Schrad; and her grandparents, Otis, Delpha Usher, Ben and Beatrice Schrad.

She is survived by : her parents, Walter Schrad of Columbus and Sharon Whitney of Canon City, Colorado.; her children, April Ernst (Marty) of Schuyler, Nicole Gewecke of Canon City, Kelsie Simmons (Chad) of Roswell and Bobbie Medrano of Canon City, Colorado.; her grandchildren, Arisa, Cayley, Chloe, McCoy, Ada, Corbyn, Cory, Cody, Madilynn, Trystan, Quinton, Kaidan, Trinity, Kameron, Ariyah, Kora, Jamison, Kiya, Eli, Ivy, Kia, Ike, Sky and Jey; her great grandchildren, Johnny and Phillip; her brother Wayne Schrad of Columbus; her nephew Justin; her great-niece Anna; her niece Jessica (Josh); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Paisley, Charlee and Wajer.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Steeple Event Center (701 Macon Ave, Cañon City, CO 81212).
