She was predeceased by: her parents, Wences Loa Zapata and Dolores Zapata (Adolph Maez); and her son Michael Maez. She is survived by: her husband Adolph Maez; and her sons, Henry Maez (Lena) of Denver, CO and Robert "Bobby" Maez (Nora) of Pueblo, CO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
