He is survived by: his children, Danny Lucero of Loveland, CO, Mable Van Maldeghem (Todd) of Castle Rock, CO, Bennie Roy Lucero (Dorene) of Montrose, CO, Gina Byargeon (David) of Toccoa, GA and Bernie Lucero of La Junta, CO. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Chapel in Castle Rock (407 Jerry St, Castle Rock, CO 80104).
