He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty and George Holloway; and his brother Brent Holloway. He is survived by: his children, Toni (Daniel Bromberg), Connor Holloway and Cara Holloway; his grandchildren, JJ, Natalie and Benjamin; his aunt Janet; and his uncle Dwight Hoffman.
