He is survived by: his wife Marianne (Burger); his daughter Dr. Michelle Marie Rothoff; his son-in-law Jeremiah Jones of Anchorage, AK; his sisters, Linda Hulit of Summerfield, FL and Nadine Fonner of Grand Rapids, MI; and his sister-in-law Sandy Rothoff.
