She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottilia Vaughn (Ebb) and Clarence Vaughn; her brother Rick; and her niece Leslie Vaughn. She is survived by: her friend Ed Lohman; her children, Kim Tate (Gary), Valerie Williams, Linda Fladland and Howard Farrell (Rhonda); and her niece Kellye Vaughn. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
