With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Betty Biava (Colorado Springs, Colorado), born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Betty left this world on September 23, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hoffacker and Catherine Hoffacker; her daughter Theresa Biava; and her siblings, Burnell, Bob, Bill and Rodney.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Biava; her daughters, Cathy Nystrom (Jon) and Judy Plaep (Dave); her grandchildren, Nicole Nystrom, Colin Nystrom (Savannah), Gabrielle Plaep and Elijah Plaep; and her sister Shirley Nelson (Dale).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Presbyterian Church.
