He is survived by: his wife Letitia Ann; his daughter Deborah Ann Lewis (Alden Rex Lewis); his granddaughter Taylor Steed; his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Isaiah; his stepsons, James Christian Kirk (Shelley Kirk) and Michael Edward Kirk (Kimberly Kirk); his stepgrandchildren, Nicole, Megan, Nathan (Mia), Lincoln and Kingston; his brother John Spyros Salapatas (Rachel); his sibling's children, Elizabeth and Mark Salapatas (Danielle); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe and Theo.
