He was predeceased by : his father Natal Ortivez; his grandparents, Walter "Waldo" Ortivez and Rita Callaghan; his aunt Rene Ortivez; and his uncle Kenny Ortiz.
He is survived by : his mother Maureen Ortivez; his grandmother Louise Ortivez; his siblings, Kayla Ortivez, Malena Ortivez and Thomas Ortivez; his aunt Lea; his uncle Ed Evangelista; his close friend Isaac Rocha (Kerie Currier); and also, Sharon, Phil Points, Dottie Ortivez and Dan Callaghan. He is also survived by his children, and numerous cousins.
