He is survived by: his wife Yan Amack (Hu); his children, Cindy Picton, Christa Pulver, Camie Dukes (Andrew), Carey Amack, Ashley Hayworth (Justin) and Chen Zhao (Hsiu-Hsin); the mother of his children Judy Linin; and his brother Gary Amack (Vicki). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
