He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Selaya Sr. and Lydia Ann Selaya (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Frances Selaya; his children, Marcella Dockins (Steve), Steven Selaya, David Selaya (Christina) and Denise Kakarian (Mike); his grandchildren, Savannah (Nick), Josh (Morgan), Jennifer, Jessica, Myla (McKay), Jimmy, Madilyn, Natalie and Kaleb; his great grandchildren, Braylyn, Iris, Dax and Dennis; and his sister Linda Selaya.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hilltop Baptist Church (6915 Palmer Park Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80915). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
