She was predeceased by : her parents, Jess Hubert "Bugs" Taylor and Norma June Pruitt Bessinger; and her sister Sharon Harwood (Kerry Gomez). She is survived by : her children, Kyle Taylor Gomez and Karina Elena Gomez; her nephew Matt Harwood; and her niece Crystal Henson.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home (3825 Airport Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
