He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, Edwin Clifton Partridge Junior "Jim", Johnnye Partridge "John" and Jack Partridge; his wife Rosemary Meraz Garza; his daughters, Michelle, Katharine and Carmen; his grandsons, Justin, Leland, Isaiah and William; and also Mondaine Partridge.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Catholic Charities of Central Colorado, 228 North Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
