He is survived by: his parents, Monte Fosher and Gail Fosher; his wife Amy Irvin; his daughters, Ashlyn and Abigail; his sister Erin Horein (Andy); and his grandmother Marion Timmer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mountain Springs Church (7345 Adventure Way, Colorado Springs, CO 80923). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Scott's memory to Look What the Cat Brought In cat rescue located in Colorado Springs.
