She was predeceased by: her parents, Soichiro Wakai and Ito Wakai; and her husband Joel Jenkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene D. Jenkins of Manhattan, KS, Joyce R. Jenkins-Harden (Ronald B. Harden) of Colorado Springs, CO and Sheila W. Caruth (Richard A. Caruth) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchild Asia A. Caruth (Tiffany) of Rio Rancho, NM; her daughters, Cortnee W. Shropshire of Manhattan, KS and Kira Shropshire Falo (Gabriel Falo) of Olathe, KS; and her great grandchildren, Franchesca W. Caruth of Rio Rancho, NM and Jayden I. Vasquez of Manhattan, KS.
