He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carolyn Niswonger and Howard Niswonger; his wife Cheryl Vifinkle; his children, Howard Niswonger (Si), Christine Farrell and Carl Niswonger (Mike); his granddaughters, Georgia Niswonger, Amelia Niswonger, France Farrell, Bella Farrell, Eva Farrell and Anaiah Niswonger; and his sisters, Ann C. Pounds of Centennial, CO and Jane E. Green of Colorado Springs.
