He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Hoover. He is survived by: his mother Norma Hoover; his daughters, Heather (Dale), Jinelle and Kayla; his siblings, Jerry Casey (Holly) and Jennifer (Brett); his grandchildren, Kea, Hayden, Brynna, Jennie and Rose; his great grandchild Wylla; and his nephew David. He is also survived by four children.
