He was predeceased by: his father Carl Deuschle. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Deuschle; his mother Sandra Deuschle of Montrose; his children, Shanaya Deuschle and Tyler Deuschle of Delta; his stepchildren, Kymber Gartin (Zach) of Benson, Arizona and Marshel Keith of Benson; his siblings, David Deuschle and Tammy Gallegos (Paul) of Montrose; and his grandson Wyatt Gartin.

The family suggests memorial contributions to be made in James' memory to HopeWest Hospice, P. O. Box 24, Delta, Colorado 81416.
