He was predeceased by: his parents, Consecion Herrera (Ramirez) and Guillermo Herrera; his daughters, Angela Herrera and Rachel Harrington; and his sisters, Bonnie Rodriguez and Sistie Miranda (Jesus).
He is survived by: his wife Celia "Sally" Marie Moralez of Delta, CO; his children, William Herrera (Tamara) of Chandler, AZ and Natalie Herrera of Denver, CO; and his sisters, Theresa Vargas of Grand Junction, CO and Rosalie Herrera of Grand Junction, CO. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
