As Shirley Jane departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Shirley Jane. Though Shirley Jane may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lucy (Barnhart) and Robert Carl Leslie Craighead; her spouse Ira Joseph Hutchinson; and her brothers, Donald Craighead, David Craighead and Jeff Dekker.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Lynn (Ron Wood) of Louisburg, KS and Lee Joe Hutchinson of Cedaredge, CO; and her sister Naomi Craighead-Dekker of Denver, CO. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cedaredge Seventh Day Adventist Church (290 SW 2nd Ave, Cedaredge, CO 81413).
