He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Montoya; and his son Banard Montoya. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Torrez; his siblings, Andrew, Isaac, Renee and Nicole; his children, Randy, Amanda, Brandy, Jasmine, Jade, Shannon and Dominic; and his grandchildren, Waylon, Randy Jr., Yesenia, Avelina, Rhiannon, Cesár Jr., Jaymilliano, Elijah, Andrea and Theta. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
